Served in a shaker pint glass at the brewpub.
Bringin' the dahkness heah, oh yeah! It pours a deep ruby-tinted black-brown topped by a finger of khaki foam. The nose comprises roasted malts, cocoa, and light coffee. The taste holds notes of darkly-roasted malts, mild coffee, and blackened (read: toasted) wheat. The body is a light-leaning medium, with a very light moderate carbonation and a creamy, fluid feel. Overall, a fair oatmeal stout, but one that suffers from an overly thin body. Beyond that, it ain't all that bad, really...
