An ale brewed with 54% Pale Malt and 46% Wheat, single hopped with columbus. On cask at Cambolicious festival.
Light pale gold colour, good lacing, has faint floral aromas with lemon and slight crispness to the character. Full flavour, lemon, sour tart fruit, sour bitter finish, mild spiciness. Very good. Firm moderate body and feel, nice zesty character with a good bitter sourness that is mild and refreshing.
