This is classified as a "pale ale" but it doesn't really come off that way when you try it. Brewed with locally sourced honey and a low ABV, this concoction is a pleasant light beer for a relaxing summer afternoon.
A: Amber colored with bright golden hue to it, slightly cloudy, and a thin to moderate head that dissipates to ring of lacing.
S: Light breadiness with a clear presence of sweetness from the honey.
T: Relatively sweet, but well suited for summer time and to carry "honey" moniker.
M: Relatively thin mouthfeel with a good level of carbonation (not too high or too low).
Overall: A nice light, but sweet, summer ale.
