Barrel aged in Woodford barrels for 11 months with cocoa beans, coffee beans, and vanilla beans. Get lots of chocolate and vanilla on the nose with minimal booze. Taste has some rounded bitterness to it from the coffee that prevents the beer from becoming too syrupy. At 8% this is dangerous as there is no sign of alcohol heat in the taste. Great beer from some great people. Small brewery that is big on flavors and great service. Highly recommended.
