In some ways this reminds me of the sortebrødre tripel, also from Viborg Bryghus, though there are differences - purely based on memory.
Develops a nice head when poured agressively, but dissapeares quickly. Maybe a bit dark for a tripel..
Smell is subtle, sweet, a bit of wheat, banana and the alcohol is also present.
Tastes like it smells. Sweet, hints of wheatbeer but is much heavier because if the alcohol.
Alcohol burns on the aftertaste.
I like this beer, but It’s not a sortebrødre which I remember enjoying more..
