Brown Ale efter alle kunstens regler:
Engelsk gær, Engelsk humle.
Den kobberfarvede runde, lækre og letdrikkelige bryg, med skønne noter af hasselnød og karamel.
Feel-good i høj klasse :-D

Copenhagen 19/3 2021. 50 cl bottle from Best of Beer web-shop. Mottled brown label with white lettersand a black stamp declaring this beer to be a favorite of the public.
Pours murky maroon with a small white head. Settles as thiin, patchy layer of foam unable to cover the surface of the beer. No lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a strong, pastry-like sweetness. Cake-like, candy sweetness. Brown sugar, chocolate cake, caramel with hints of alcohol. Hard to smell the nuts in all these sugary fumes.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is intense with a strong sweetness followed by a moderate bitterness. Aftertaste is sugary sweet and lingers for a while. Finish is semi-dry, nutty sweetish.
More Pastry than Brown Ale.
