Copenhagen 11/4 2021. 50 cl bottle from Best of Beers web-shop. Green and text-heavy label which include description of the beer, some bragging about prizes won and the tagline from the brewery.
Pours unclear, golden amber with a mid-sized white hed. Settles s thin layer of foam struggling to cover the surface of the beer. No lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweetish, malty odor mingling with citric and metallic notes. Sweet pale malts, caramel, peach, lime and citrus.
Medium strong carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a slightly stronger bitterness. Aftertaste is lightly bitter. lingers for a while. Finish is pretty dry.
Decent single hop IPA which is pretty malty.
