Easy to drink, golden classic pilsner with a soft and full taste.
The complex sweetness of the malt blends with the herbaceous and pleasant bitterness of the hops. Lovely aftertaste that lingers and tastes of more.

Copenhagen 30/10 2016. 50 cl bottle from Kvickly. As "Viborg Fad Classic", A couple of monks intensely discussing over a mug of beer on the label.
Quite explosive when opened making a mess of foam and beer. Pours slightly hazy golden yellow with a very big white head. Stable. Settles as thin layer of foam barely covering the surface.
Aroma of sweet malts, grains and some harsh bitterness from the hops. Sweet pale malts and bread.
Light carbonation and watery palate. Slightly thick, almost flat texture.
Flavor is medium sweet followed by a very light bitterness. Quite watery and almost without aftertaste.
Goes ok with food - but not very interesting. If I was the Monks on the label I would find something else to discuss.
