Copenhagen 25/9 2016. 50 cl bottle from Kvickly. An appropriate brown label with some geometric lines in gold.
Pours clear reddish brown with a big off-white head. Stable and fluffy. Settles ultimately as a thin layer of foam. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is sweet and of caramel and toffee and slightly metallic.
Soft carbonation and watery palate. Lively texture.
Flavor is sugary sweet. Followed by a light bitterness.
A bit too much to the sweet side for my taste.
