Copenhagen 21/3 2021. 50 cl bottle from Best of Beers web-shop. Yellowish label with an Easter chicken and a Easter bunny hanging out. Sporting 7 gold medals for Easter beer of the year from the society for Beer culture in Western Jutland. A quite narrow jurisdiction.
Pours slightly unclear dark amber with a mid-sized off-white head. Settles as thin almost transparent layer of foam just covering the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet malty odor mingling with sharp alcohol. Sweet pale malts, caramel, sugar. Sour grains. Sharp metallic notes of alcohol.
Medium strong carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, tingling texture.
Flavor is fairly intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a slightly more moderate harsh boozy bitterness. Aftertaste is sweet and lingers for a while. Finish is sweet caramel laced in alcohol.
Sweetish, boozy Bock. I assume intoxication is the reason for the Chicken and the Bunny’s inappropriate partying on the label.

.5L bottle with a drink by date of September 1, 2012...
A: Nice label info; pours a light reddish-brown with a two-finger eggshell head; creamy foam leaves no lace, however.
S: Sweet malt; some molasses and nuttiness; bready yeast aroma, too.
T: Very sweet malt; bready yeast adds to overall sweetness; some dry bitterness on the end and a touch nutty.
M: Full bodied; high carbonation and velvety smooth.
O: A nice “lighter” bock - kind of has a maibock lean, but not as crisp or hoppy; this one is very refreshing for the abv - could benefit from a touch more dryness.
