Thought I would come here and try some of their beer. This beer is a triple IPA. The beer is a draft pour. The head on the beer is frothy creamy and one finger thick. The head dissipated somewhat slowly leaving some lacing on the glass. The head left a bit of lacing on the glass. The color of the beer is SRM 9 a pale amber with dark golden hues. The clarity of the beer is brilliant. The appearance of the beer is excellent.
The aromas in the beer are pine, grapefruit, tangerine, lightly toasted malt, malty sweetness, and a touch of tropical aromas.
The flavors in the beer are a fruity ester, an herbal, peppery, hint of carbonation, phenols, mangos, pineapple, tangerine, lightly toasted malts, pine, grapefruit, and resin.
The mouthfeel of the beer crisp and astringent.
The body of the beer is full, medium carbonation, and a full finish.
The beer is okay. For me, the hop combination is wonky. There is a lot going on in this beer. The malt backbone is not as strong as it should be. Overall this beer is drinkable but not memorable.
