A good, although complex beer. Almost ever sip you can taste it a little differently.

Per the menu:
"Just as the beaver sheds its heavy winter pelt, so does our brown ale! Summer Dick is a toned down version of our Beaver dick ale, which makes it easier to enjoy during the hot summer months. This American brown has light roasted malt and caramel aromas with a light floral hop background. It has notes of chocolate, roast, caramel and hops in the flavor. This is a fairly complex beer that plays tricks on your taste buds, going from sweet to bitter and back to sweet again. This beer pairs well with red meat."
Very unappealing name on this one. Looks and tastes like a watered down brown ale. Easy to drink in the hot Idaho summer.
