Per the menu:
"This new brew has many complexities. It's brewed with ten different kinds of malts! We start with pilsner malt, wheat malt, and 2 row base malt, Vienna, Munich light, Munich_, Munich dark, Cara red, Cara 8 and a splash of chocolate malt! We have gone easy on the hops to let the malt shine through. Lightly dry hopped with Bravo, it has a slight fruity aroma along with the malt. Prost!"
Paler shade of amber. Malty, but unfocused. One of the better beers of the day.
