Per the menu:
"Just as the Lone Ranger has Tonto, Snow Eagle has Ty Blacker. Without Ty, the faithful friend/Trusty scout the beers @ Snow Eagle wouldn't be the same! Ty has designed this traditional Hefe, but added his own twist. This great summer wheat beer is brewed using a German yeast strain that is nearly 2000 years old! With flavors and aromas of cloves, bananas and wheat with hints of pacific jade hops."
Murky dark gold in color. Trace head; a lighter body with higher carbonation would have helped here. Its hard to find an American Hefeweizen that can stand up to the German classics.
