Medium gold color. Medium head. Aroma is floral hops with a touch of malts. A medium bodied IPA brewed with the whole hop flower. Malts are nutty and a touch sweet. Hops are spicy, floral and a touch bitter. Nicely balanced. Mouthfeel is soft and round. Finish is dry and clean. Aftertaste is slightly bitter. Nice beer, the addition of the hop flower in the mash seems to soften the bitterness.
