The beer pours a hazy pink color with a thick frothy white head with a reddish/pink hue. The aroma is decent. It has a crisp and refreshing witbier character, wheat malt and spice, along with a mild raspberry tartness. It's dry with a touch of citrus. The taste is decent as well. It has a smooth and fruity raspberry flavor that compliments the crisp wheat malt and spice character of the witbier. It goes down easy with a dry, earthy, tartness in the finish. The mouthfeel is fine. It is a medium bodied beer with good carbonation. This is a good drinking fruit beer that's not overly aggressive, yet provides more than the average amount of fruit character.
