So Wheat pours a copper color, with a small head. Big banana aromas. Flavor is a big banana flavor, and is very creamy. Goody creamy body and nice flavors. Overall, a solid hefe.

Poured into a Weizen glass, the beer is pale gold in color, and is effervescent and foamy, with three fingers of head that slowly goes down to one finger. The name of this beer is spot on, as it both smells and tastes quite like bread, with a prominent wheat flavor that is accompanied with the notes of banana and clove you'd expect to find in a hefeweizen, although they're more subdued here. The sweetness of the malt blends with the other flavors in a way that reminds me somewhat of a bread pudding. Not too shabby.

The mouthfeel is a bit on the thin side, but nice and smooth. This a quite refreshing beer. I'd say it might be just a little too much on the mild side, but still an enjoyable and tasty brew.

Pours a lightly hazy golden color with a thin bubbly white head. Too thin for this style. Aroma of lightly toasted grain, cereal wheat, light honey, some banana esters and light clove. Taste is light wheat bread, banana, some clove and spice. Pretty standard, decent balance, nothing outstanding. It is pretty drinkable. Was hoping for more showy, frothy head like it described on the label.

A: A 3 inch plus head breaches the rim of the glass, resting above a sunset orange colored body. Light haze, macro-bubbles rise from within, moving at a brisk rate. Incredible sturdy retention of the eggshell foamy white head gives a lasting impression while adoring the vessel with a speckled clumpy lace.

S: Dry banana and cloves are dominant on the nose. A hint of fresh custard, wheat are evident with a nice initial awareness. Ok duration, finishing with some stalky green corn ears.

T: Fresh banana and cloves are fresh on the flavor, spicy and bright. Fresh wheat, stalky backing. Creamy citrus-banana cream yeastiness with a spicy hop finish.

M: Crisp mouthful, spritzy, bubbly texture, light bodied.

O: A nice amount of spicy tang and banana-clove yeastiness. Easy drinkability, multiple worthy for kicking back at a backyard gathering and light conversation. The label claims everyday beer for everyday people. I think most will agree, not trying to knock you out big style, rather just remain true to it.
