Half pint (hand pulled) in the brewpub on 5th May 2012.
This is a dark looking brew with a good full head of off-white bubbles.
Malty and more malty: the aroma and taste are just so malt laden I struggled to find any hop content until the end of each sip. Caramel and toffee molasses were the flavours I got from the malts which may sound a bit sickly, that was not the case, sweet yes but sickly no: I enjoyed my half.
