Reviewed from notes. This was poured into a pint glass. The appearance was a ruddy burnt orange almost copper color with a bar pour’s kind of slim white foamy head. Falls off into oblivion. The aroma blends a nice clean malt base to some citrusy and piney bitter hops. Light toast. The flavor blends the malty sweetness to the bitter hops in an "old school" sort of fashion. Fairly nice smooth to bitter aftertaste and finish. On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium on the body with a fair sessionability about it. Decent carbonation. ABV felt good for what was projected. Overall, pretty good balanced "old school" sort of AIPA worthy of coming back to.
