Look: Opaque black with about a quarter inch thick light brown head that dissipated pretty quickly.
Smell: Coffee and dark chocolate with some roasted malts mixed in.
Taste: Follows the smell. The flavors aren't overpowering, they're pretty pleasant and quite smooth.
Feel: Creamy, heavy feel, light carbonation. As I said, it goes down pretty smooth, leaving a slightly dry mouthfeel.
Overall: Very nice stout. As the other guy said, this would go wonderfully with dessert.

This is a wonderful stout. It reminds me of a hot chocolate but grown up. Perfect for a winter beer. I will warn that it is pretty rich for a beer but i think it would be great with a piece of cheesecake. As far as sweet beers, this is currently at the top of my list. If you find it don't pass it up.
