Tap pour at the brewpub. Served chilled in a slim lager glass.
Clear, pale gold colored body. Thin white head. And this becomes islands and ring. Leaves behind long horizontal strings of lacing.
Aroma of light toasted bread, and some hint of spicy hops.
Taste is toasted bread and cracker, with a noticeable bite from the spicy hops. Hit of citrus. The bite continues into the aftertaste.
Medium mouthfeel. Crisp finish. Very good carbonation.
Good starter beer that delivers flavor but is not too filling.
