On tap at the brewery, served in a mug.
A: Medium to dark orange in color. Nice full 1 1/2 fingers of head, lots of carbonation apparent in the liquid as well. Laces the glass really nicely.
S: Citrus, some pine in the background. Maybe a little bready malt in the background. Very hop forward.
T: Nice bitterness upfront followed immediately by pine and tropical flavors. Finishes clean with citrus/grapefruit. Little bit of dankness at times.
M: Low body, medium to high carbonation. Sucks your palate dry on the finish after a juicy pop at the beginning of each sip.
O: Excellent, easy drinking pale ale. Great if you love hop forward pales that aren't too heavy on the malt.

Pours a clear dark golden-orange with a foamy orange-white head that settles to a partial film on top of the beer. Thin streaks of lace form around the glass on the drink down. Smell is of toast, earthy hop, and slight citrus fruit aromas. Taste is much the same with toast, grapefruit juice, and earthy hop flavors on the finish. There is a medium amount of hop bitterness on the palate with each sip. This beer has a good level of carbonation with a crisp mouthfeel. Overall, this is an above average beer that is drinkable, but fairly forgettable in my opinion.
