Nice kolsch. Not too strong. Easy to drink. It’s like drinking a bite of a big juicy apple that soothes the throat. I call this a strike and not a strike out! Well done!

Pleasantly surprised - curious how it's a 'kolsch' but does simulate the right malt/yeast flavors with obviously more hops, but happily can taste all that without being too hoppy, which is kind of hard to pull off. Great feel, good carb.

Beautiful light golden body with a decent head and lacing. Crisp crushed grain and bready aromas and flavors with a buttery touch and a mild floral finish. Easy to drink and balanced, but slightly watery. A good Kölsch overall but lacks that bite of the classics. Wonderful warm weather brew. Cheers.
