Our IPA is bitter up front and aromatic. It has a light body with a refreshing dryness.

Molly Pitcher IPA – 6.5% ABV
On Tap at the source of course – standard pint glass
Notes taken from 10/19/13
A: My pour arrives a pure amber color with some orangish-bronze like hues and sound conditioning. Thick finger of paper-white froth drops out with some haste leaving behind a few droplets and light runners of lace.
S: Danky herbals on the nose followed by some spice and light citrus zest. Nice hoppy presence with a bit of caramel malt sweetness rounding out. Rather nice with a solid weedy pungency.
T: Well hopped with notable spiced citrus and dank flowers. Firm base of pale malt breadiness with a touch of caramel sweetness. Moderate to high amount of hoppy bitters and alcohol is well disguised. Dash of stone fruit like esters mixed in there as well. This is pretty good.
M: Moderate body and tending towards the lighter side. A touch of puckering bitterness and fair amount of drying in the finish. Nice resinous hop oils linger on afterwards.
D: Surprisingly good for a podunk A-Town joint . This IPA has some nice hoppy flavors with a decent bitter bite balanced out by adequate malt presence. Thoroughly enjoyed. Will definitely need to revisit.
