This is our take on a dry Irish stout. Its is served on nitrogen, which gives it a thick creamy head on every glass. It's dark and malty with notes of coffee and chocolate.

The beer poured a dark brown that was almost verging on black in color. True to the style, it displayed the typical plume of dense bubbles that lifted from the bottom of the glass to form the thick khaki colored head at the top. The aroma was of roasted malt, coffee and a hint of tobacco. The taste was light and consisted of roasted malt and hints of coffee, tobacco and toffee. The mouth feel was the perfect balance of a light body and velvet-like smoothness.
