This one hits all the highlights of a traditional strong ale with loads of toffee and caramel, floral and musty hops, and an earthy fiinsh with hints of candied fruit and raisins. Barrel age this beast and it would be a gem. Booze is noticeable on the nose but incredibly smooth on the tongue. Well done indeed.
