And realize summed this brew up nicely with his review. Was happy to get a couple growlers before the keg was empty last weekend. It poured a nice copper bodied ale with a nice head and showed good lacing as i drank the glass.
Nice hoppy aroma, floral and citrus, as well as inviting b readiness and biscuit from the malt.
Taste is similar to the nose, a solid apa.
Even has some striping qualities from the hops which become more evident as the contents of the growler settle happily in my belly. Another tasty, drinkable ale from sleeping giant. I look forward to stopping in on trips back to thunder bay

Apparently this is a dry hopped version of their 360 pale ale and is wet hopped through locally harvested whole hops.
A - Pours a nice copper colour, two thumbs of head with solid chunky lacing.
S - A nice sweet citrus hop profile, leafy greens, nice caramel malt backbone, musty grains, and burnt sugar.
T - Sweet citrus off the top, hints of iced tea, caramel, burnt sugar, and the leafy green hop profile lingers on the finish. Bitter citrus rind lingers alongside some bready caramel.
M - Medium bodied, smooth and a touch of dryness.
O - A very tasty pale ale, the dry and wet hopping definitely adds a tasty hop profile. Nicely balanced pale, loads of flavour, generously hopped pale ale and a great tweak on the original recipe. Keep 'em coming SGBC!
