The Angelus Triple has a creamy foam linked to the presence of wheat and a generous attack in the mouth mixing the roundness of the malts and the esters of high fermentation. A feeling of sweetness brought by oats lightens the malted finish and offers an ideal transition to spices. The sweetness of the orange takes over the oats and refreshes the palate. The peppery notes of coriander echo the bitterness and herbaceous profile of its hops, which punctuate this beer.
