A: Bottle conditioned? - the beer started pouring itself out of the bottle when I removed the cap - a regular stresstest.
The color is hazy straw and the head is enormously, white and even - looks great. Rich lacings after a really long time.
S: Lots of spices and Belgian yeast. Fruity; citric fruits, pears and green sour apples. Hay and suttle nettles. Malty and complex.
T: Complex, sour and yeasty as well as spicy - well balanced. Lots of fruits; pears and green apples and even some lemons and grapefruits.
M: Aftertaste is a bit sour, but not very long. Body is on the fuller side while the smooth carbonation is rich.
O: Surprisingly complex and well balanced. Not bad at all.
