12 oz bottle.
Pours light and near clear, minor off white cap and leaving next to no lace
Heavy coriander on the nose
A bit of yeast, wheaty malts, a bit of grapefruit and again a load of coriander on the palate.
Meh...nothing very impressive going on here.

Poured into a narrow pint glass: color is straw, dense, very fine effervescence with an off white head.
Smell is feint, light wheat, some hints of yeast spice but very light.
Taste is mild wheat, hints of spice but very feint, ginger might be most noticeable with light notes of coriander; belgian yeast flavors are very light hard to even say they are phenolic or spicy. Finish is rather strong and with a bitter flavor lingering.
Mouthfeel is neutral at first then transitions to a bitter/sharp lingering presence on the tongue.
Overall, not a bad beer but seems out of place in the Witbier style as the spice level is low, bitterness high and mouthfeel is light in fullness but strong in bitterness.

This brew pours a golden-orange color with a very modest haze and a medium-sized white head. The aroma is heavy on spice, and ginger is very prominent. Little wheat scent. The flavor is spicy, dry, and zesty. Not a typical wit. Not much fruit, but plenty of peppery, gingery, interesting spice. Abrupt finish and medium in body.
