From a 12 oz. bottle purchased as part of a mixed six at the Weis market in West Hazleton. This beer is all over the friggin' place. At 9% and being brewed in Northeast Pa.......I'm fine with it. Up yours.

I reviewed this back in May and I tried another bottle tonight. Unfortunately, same result. Pours hazy with sediment and a nice color. Smell is very malt forward with a light hop presence. Taste is just bad, it is the very definition of a malt bomb. I purchased this from a local bottle and was told it was less than a month old, so unless I was being lied to(unlikely), this beer starts as a malt bomb and age would potentially make it a malt nuke. This is very disappointing, NH's porter is fantastic and their pilsner is very drinkable and enjoyable. They absolutely blow it with their DIPA though. Maybe, some day in the future, I may try this again, but I doubt it. This was my first(and now second) ever drain pour.
