3.0. Is an oaked IPA, brewed in March, one year ago. It was then aged in 3 oak wine barrels and 1 whiskey barrel. Each barrel was dry hopped and put away, until the anniversary of our first brew on our new 15 barrel brewery. The barrels were then all blended together and dry hopped again with hops that were harvested from our own hop field. The hops used in this beer include, Centennial, Cascade, Cluster, and Columbus. The color is a bright mahogany, The aroma is Intense oak with floral hops and a distinct sour note. The flavor is sharp with a lingering bitterness and full of oak, with a slight sourness and faint malt character.

I stopped into Krugel's Georgetown Deli in Wilkes-Barre on 29JAN15 for lunch. Had a 12oz tulip of this ($5.00) to lead off.
Color was a hazy, tawny amber, with minimal carbo. Head was creamy and fluffy, beige colored and lasting well at about 1/4". Lacing was solid, too. Aroma was fairly hoppy, with rindy, piney citrus; could have been stronger, though. Body was medium, and it was mostly smooth, with just a touch of prickle roughing things up.
Flavor was a dry, pithy and resiny. Quite bitter! Subtle oak action is noticeable at the finish. Overall quite rindy, with even a hint of sourness. Overall? Solid. Prosit!!
