Purchased a 6 pack in Dallas, Pa. Price with tax $13.39.
LOOK: Pours a crystal clear amber with a tan head along with copius clinging side glass lace with better than average retention.
AROMA: That's a lot of pumpkin. There is toasty malt backbone along with a scent of vanilla.
TASTE: Flavor of an excellent pumpkin pie. Feels like I am eating a dessert dish of pumpkin pie. Pumpkin, cinnamon and vanilla.
Overall, perhaps the most pumpkin of any pumkin ale I have ever had. True to the style. If your going to rate a beer in the wheelhouse and character of its style this one should get props. If you like pumpkin pie you will love this brew.
