On-tap at the brewpub itself, on to the beer:
A light orange colored beer sits in the glass while a little head forms on top and has less than impressive retention. The beer smells like it is all over the place with no direction. There are vague esters and phenols, so is this is hefeweizen? No! This is a confused golden ale. Its flavor profile is rough, has the tastes of already been chewed bubblegum, weird pine, and a strange bitterness. The beer is light, the carbonation strong, leaving a bitter feeling.
I don't think that Rick Dempsey would want to commemorate the 1983 Orioles with this effort. I would be frightened if Dempsey's decides to brewed a beer to commemorate the "0-21" Orioles of 1987.

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
