500 mL bottle poured into a tall pilsner glass. Amber color, normal carbonation, small head, but little to no lacing. Smells of raisin, orange, apricot. Taste is rich and malty with notes of raisin and candi sugars. Mouthfeel is medium with smooth aftertaste. Little to mo bitterness. Overall this was a pleasant surprise, that got nicer and more complex as it warmed. Worth a shot if you like winter ales (that aren't overpriced).
