Opaque, hazy, and golden it’s got a head that keeps the glass opaque as you drink.
Mango, pear, candied orange.
Soft pear, jasmine, almost no bitterness, yeasty.
This is a soft beer, both in body and carbonation.
It is so interesting to see how using one ingredient as a variable in a recipe changes things. I had two other yeast strains next to this and of three East Coast Ale was the most flavorful. Did it stand aside and let the hops talk, or did it add to the fruitiness?
