Enjoyed a pint serving at the White Labs brewpub in Asheville on 8-2-25 for $7.00.
Pint was clear gold with a nice white head with the original pour.
Nose had notes of citrus.
Taste was a pale malt base that presented the hops straight up and got mostly grapefruit with a touch of mango in post sip aspirations. Finished with a slightly more than balanced bittering; 6/10 on my scale.
Mouthfeel was medium bodied and finished clean and refreshing.
Overall, not a bad beer but the flavor seemed restrained, perhaps from the reduction of gluten.
