A: creamy one finger header, bud yellow clear, I like my Pilsner beers a tad more gulden and murky than this.
S: immediate corn and malt on the nose, not much else. Ehh
T: pleasant, immediate subtle Apple and a hint of nondescript noble hop bitterness, could've done with some more spice notes
M: soft, smooth
O: just okay, definitely better than macro, but could've been bolder. Not great not bad

On tap, poured into an english pint. The aroma is mildly floral and herbaceous with a light citrus touch. It pours a murky banana yellow hue and has a dense, white foam that only has a light retention and a light, thin lace. The beer is a medium bitterness and medium light sweet (sweetens as it warms). The texture is a thin oil with a fizzy carbonation and a medium light, floral body that's mostly bitter citrus with perhaps a light melon hint and some honey late. It's finish is crisp with mineral water, a citrus zest, some spice, and some bread crust. The aftertaste is fairly strong with toast and spice, which linger.
