Served in a shaker pint glass at the brewpub.
For whatever reason, I really love this beer's name... It pours a mostly clear dark ruby-brown topped by a finger of glowing off-white foam. The nose comprises clove, maple syrup, dark wheat, and a hint of orange zest. The taste brings in more of the same, though the maple is weaker and the orange a bit stronger. The body is a light medium, with a light moderate carbonation and a slightly grainy feel. Overall, a solid, enjoyable Belgian dark wheat ale.
