Served in a shaker pint glass at the brewpub.
I'd rather go with a Mercedes bitter... Anyway, this stuff pours a clear brass topped by a half-finger of lightly off-white foam. The nose comprises light walnut, grass, and very light toffee. The taste brings in more of the same, with the bitterness from the grass kept in decent balance with everything else. The body is a light medium, with a light moderate carbonation and a sorta/kinda drying finish. Overall, a solid bitter, a nice sessionable option for the City.
