Thanks to @woemad for this one. The label calls it Simcoe Tart, i think this is the same beer. 32oz crowler into 10oz goblet. Poured a lightly hazy straw-gold color with about 1/3 inch of white head that dissipated down to a ring fairly quickly, and left no lacing.
The aroma lightly tart with a bit of grain underneath and a more mild hop profile than I expected. Hops a bit brighter on the tongue, but the tartness still dominates.
Body is light and crisp, with a dry finish. Overall, a very tasty and enjoyable brew. worth your time if you see it.
