not sure if this is a continuing series of beers, or just various evolutions along the way of getting to this one, i wouldnt change much here, this is really good, and among the best of the hoppy beers i have had from iron goat so far to date. its not dense or milky looking, more unfiltered, and still with some brightness in the glass, a big white head on top from the tap too, looks really nice. aroma is between tropical and citrusy, but very fruity, not unconventional or different at all, but good and fresh to me, i would think some amount of mosaic or citra in this leading the way, but there must be others, as this has some cool character at the edges, passion fruit and orange candy, some green bite, and a little bit of aromatic sativa essence as well. its smooth to drink, a little bitterness at the end which i like in a hazy but its not heavy, and its a beer i could easily do a few pints of, not at all what most of these bring to the table in terms of drinkability. i like the high carbonation, the expansive feel from what must be some wheat in here, and the overall freshness of the hops, id love to know which ones they used in this, but its an excellent ipa overall.

22oz tallboy can purchased at the brewery. No freshness date. 6% abv and 35 IBUs.
Poured into a shaker pint glass. Very hazy, dull tangerine color, with a big, creamy white head. Lots of lace.
Big, bitter and sweet (in that order) citrusy hop aroma.
Big, juicy taste. Reminiscent of orange and grapefruit juice, leaning more heavily towards the latter upfront, with the orange more in the middle before fading on a dry note.
Medium bodied, with a soft but dry mouthfeel.
A nice one for folks like me that enjoy hazies but also like to taste some hop bitterness. An excellent counterpoint to P.U.H. #3, which has more of a tropical taste to it.
