Thin head. Dark brown with some clear highlights at the edges. Woody, heavily toasted aroma, which lends to the heavily toasted malt. Noticeable bourbon like alcohol taste up front, slightly charred wood, adds to the medium heavy, toasted malt flavor. Medium light bodied, for an I.P.A.
