This American style sour ale is a beautiful bright orange color and has notes of tropical fruit with a hint of citrus and herbaceousness. The acid comes at you like a spider monkey but soon mellows to a nice balance of fruity and sour. Tasting notes include tropical fruit along with tangerine followed by a balanced crisp finish.

A 12 ounce pour from the tap at Bark, A Rescue Pub into a tulip glass.
Look- Medium amber, moderately hazy, no visible particulate , non existent head upon delivery, could not even promote any head, super below average head retention and lacing.
Smell- Passionfruit, slight guava, sour.
Taste- Highly sour, very weak flavor other than sourness, slight passionfruit.
Feel- Medium thin body, very sour, below average carbonation, moderately dry finish.
Overall- Sour was pretty much the only flavor. Very slight passionfruit flavor, guava was non existent in taste and smell. Very low carbonation with no head or head retention.
