I tried this beer off the tapper at the brewery as part of a six sample flight whilst in Spokane for work. It poured a slightly hazy golden with white head that left some lace. The beer was good and had typical hazy IPA smell and taste. Overall it is a good beer.

Taster flight at Iron Goat. Hazy golden pour with a small, fizzy white head. Light citrusy aroma, zesty. Taste turns to some earthy flavors, grassy, fruity, light citrus.

for all the much more heavily hyped ipa types i had around spokane on our recent visit, this was franky one of my favorites, an under appreciated little beer, unfiltered more than hazy, uniquely hopped, and expertly refined, a real pleasant surprise, although i have always liked these guys. this has a nice peachy pale orange color to it, a short but lasting white head from the tap, and fills out a shaker pint pretty well. the nose on this is cool, done with zamba hops, which are new to me and distinct right away, tropical and low alpha, peach rings, dehydrated mango, sweet orange, really compelling, and just a little northwestern piney character in here too, simple but not that light on the grain side, excellent balance and super fresh, wow. the flavor explodes with fruity hop goodness, definite stone fruit, pineapple, light grassy spiciness, white grape, and melon, summery and playful, cleanly fermented, only faintly bitter, and just really tasty and different, will have to source more beers with this zamba hop for sure! its full flavored and saturated, but nothing green about it, not over dry hopped either, really bold but also dialed, and i think its a nice showcase of these hops. a little fuller feeling but i cant put my glass down, fine carbonation, a little oily slickness, and a terpene intensity to the finish thats just delicious. one of my favorite hoppy ones ive ever had from these guys, hope to find this again...
