This unique DDH IPA is a collaboration between Iron Goat Brewing and Mickduff’s Breing Co. out of Sandpoint, and is Named after the honorary goat of Ireland’s oldest festival. Hopped with Idaho 7, Willamette, Mt. Hood, and Idaho Gem, the palate shines with stone fruit, melon, lemon rind, and spice atop a flavorful and toasty malt character from the addition of triticale and honey malt.
7.2% ABV, 63 IBU
"For hundreds of years, a male mountain goat has been enthroned as the king of Puck Fair in Killorglin Town. King Puck is a symbol of vast tradition whose origins are lost in the mists of time."

Consumed on draft at Iron Goat for $7.50-8, before taxes. First keg was tapped a little over a week ago.
Crystal clear amber color, with a decent sized off-white head. Beer neglige style lace.
The nose is of citrusy hops and honeyish grains.
Taste is much like the smell. Citrusy hops up front, with a backbone of honey tinged malts. I feel like the triticale is most noticable at the finish, which is subtly spicy.
Medium bodied, with a slightly oily mouth feel.
An interesting and enjoyable beer, I can see myself ordering this one frequently as long as it's offered. In fact I just ordered a second one.
