L: Golden yellow, with a one finger length creamy white head that quickly dissipated. Mild carbonation is visible.
S: Apple, pear, peach, white wine, and honey.
T: Apple, pear, white wine, honey, spices, and vanilla.
F: Smooth and light bodied, with medium carbonation and mild alcohol burn.
O: I thought this tasted really good. The Chardonnay barrel aging added an additional layer of complexity to the flavors that was quite refreshing.
