L: Served cold in a snifter at Silver City's restaurant. Cloudy orange, almost no head.
S: Peach, citrus, tropical fruit. The Belgian yeast might be a contributing factor.
T: Same as the smell, except I also detect spices. Somewhat bitter, but I have had very little IPAs to compare it to. Slightly tart as well
F: Highly carbonated and smooth.
O: This would be the first IPA I have tried and liked. I thought it was pretty good.
