Look: Two finger white head, brown body.
Smell: Maple, pralines, brown sugar, mild coffee.
Taste: Same as above, but everything above is much more mild and with quite a bit of cinnamon. I thought it was a bit overspiced, as it overshadowed the above flavors.
Feel: High carbonation, medium body, slightly tannic.

Poured into a Pint Defiance tulip. The body is a dark red brown hue with minimal head. Aromas consist of candied nuts, cinnamon, maple syrup, and salted caramel. Flavors consist of caramel, toasted coconut from the oak aging, spices, and maple syrup. The feel is light bodied with mild carbonation, and a slight tannic finish.
