Pale gold, nice head, fair lacing. Not much on the nose. Taste is typical of the sessionable IPA variation. It's ok by that standard. IMHO, you have to give up something for a light IPA, considering the fact that an India Pale Ale was brewed to be a hearty beer in the first place. In this case, they seemed to lighten up the malt bill quite a bit but kept the hops still dialed in. It's a little too much for a lawnmower beer (we prefer lagers for that) but ok for that first beer to go down fast before the real stuff comes out.

Can from Slice & Biscuit. Mild take on a NEIPA. Hazy golden pour, nice lasting creamy head. Light aroma, grains. Taste brings some citrus, very minor bitterness. Juicy in its own way.

Tasted in a Spiegelau IPA glass from a 12 fl oz can on August 3, 2018. Brewed with Bravo, Citra and Cascade hops. Notes of juicy citrus. Finish is crisp and dry.
